Fact checkers: Anti-Strickland ad isn’t true

A political fact-checking organization has criticized as false a TV ad saying Democratic former Gov. Ted Strickland “wasted” state money during the Great Recession to upgrade his bathrooms at the state Governor’s Mansion.
