Experts want those involved in fish kill to be held responsible

FREMONT — Two agricultural experts told The Blade Tuesday they want the state of Ohio to hold apparent rogue operators accountable for at least 66,000 fish killed this month from manure being spread on fields illegally as heavy rain approached.
