Gradkowski’s Dining and Spirits, in the Gateway Plaza on Secor Road, on the University of Toledo campus, has a contemporary menu with a good measure of Italian flavors. Selections range from the traditional (Chicken Piccata) to the something different (a prime-beef burger with peanut butter, mayo, and pancetta, or a pizza with lemon pepper cream).
