Ex-Toledo postmaster charged with intimidation

PITTSBURGH — A former Toledo postmaster who is now a postmaster in Pittsburgh has been charged with intimidating a subordinate in an effort to cover up his illegal opening of express mail packages, some of which contained drugs, at the East Liberty station over the past year, according to a criminal complaint made public today.
