Ex-surgeon gets jail sentence for sexual conduct

MONROE — A once-successful orthopedic surgeon who surrendered his medical license amid allegations he had inappropriately touched the breasts of some patients told a Monroe County judge Thursday that he still does not know how the allegations arose.
