Ex-officer asks for conviction to be tossed

A former Put-In-Bay police officer will argue Wednesday before the Ohio 6th District Court of Appeals that his conviction for trying to illegally access the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway database and subsequent jail sentence should be thrown out.
