Ex-manager indicted for stealing $70,000

The former accounts receivable manager for Cole Orthotic Prosthetic Center, 723 Phillips Ave., is to be arraigned Nov. 25 on a charge of grand theft for allegedly stealing more than $70,000 from her employer.
