Ernie McCarthy picked to replace Hartley on Lucas Co. elections board

The Lucas County Republican Party has nominated East Toledoan Ernie McCarthy to replace James Hartley on the Lucas County Board of Elections, party Chairman Jon Stainbrook announced today.
