Erik Kynard wins high jump at U.S. trails

EUGENE, Ore — Rogers High School graduate Erik Kynard captured first place with a high jump of 7 feet, 6 inches today at the U.S. Track and Field Trials to qualify for the upcoming Olympics in Rio de Janeiro next month.
