Employees purchase Old Fort Bank

TIFFIN — Old Fort Banking Co., which has nine branch locations in northwest Ohio, has been acquired by its employees who used their employee stock ownership plan to purchase 45 percent controlling interest of common stock in Gillmor Financial Services. Gillmor Financial is a holding company that controls Old Fort Banking.
