Eminent domain mulled for Trail Gateway project

Toledo City Council considered allowing the Hicks-Hudson administration to use eminent domain against property owners for the Anthony Wayne Trail Gateway Improvement Project on Tuesday, which will include a complete re-construction of the roadway from I-75 to Erie Street.
