Elected officials, community leaders endorse Issue 15

Surrounded by a group of about 45 community leaders, labor leaders, and current and former politicians, Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz on Wednesday called on Toledoans to support Issue 15 when they head to the polls Nov. 6.
