Dragon Boat race teams pull together to raise funds for schoolchildren

Huddled together under scattered rain showers, 25 members of the Chinese Association of Greater Toledo slipped life vests over their traditional silk shirts Saturday morning before making a run for the Maumee River — joining 21 other teams competing in the annual Dragon Boat Festival.
