Dr. Robert L. Bay (1919-2017)

DELTA, Ohio — Dr. Robert L. “Doc” Bay, a veterinarian with a diverse base of patients, from farm animals to household companions, who was honored for his wide-ranging and longstanding community service, died Saturday at his home. He was 97.
