Downtown Toledo murals enlighten, speak of creativity

A new, multifaceted mural created by 16 local teenagers is the embodiment of creativity, and will serve as a visual mouthpiece for a future “makerspace” community center at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library’s main branch downtown.
