Downtown Toledo firm's future in doubt

HCR ManorCare Inc.’s future seems murky after the company’s independent auditor has expressed doubt that the Toledo-based company can continue operating in the long term without making significant changes to the operating agreement it has with the real estate investment trust from which it leases most of its long-term care facilities.
