Downtown Toledo Chop House nears opening

The planned downtown Chop House of Toledo restaurant, now under construction on Summit Street in the former KeyBank building now owned by ProMedica, plans to take occupancy of its first-floor space by Oct. 22 and open some time around the first of November.
