Santa Claus and his elf appear to have more than just reindeer power as Larry King of Reno Beach and his grand-daughter, Alissa Carroll, 15, of Rossford cruise around Thursday evening on Mr. King’s hand-built custom trike at the art loop at St. Clair Street near Washington Street near downtown Toledo.
