Despite bowl loss, Toledo had record-setting season

While the University of Toledo football team fell short of the ultimate goals it had set coming into this season, the Rockets battled to nine wins, set numerous offensive records, beat rival Bowling Green for the seventh straight time, and broke a six-game losing skid to Northern Illinois.
