Despite 4th quarter loss, O-I finishes strong 2016

Owens-Illinois Inc. absorbed a $71 million loss in last year’s fourth quarter, though the Perrysburg-based maker of glass bottles and jars still finished 2016 with higher revenue and profits than it did in the year prior.
