Delos Palmer Jr: 1929-2015; Engineering leader worked on Humvee

Delos Palmer, Jr., the former president of a Toledo engineering firm that developed the frame for the Humvee and other heavy equipment, died Monday at the Chateau at the Moorings nursing home in Naples, Fla. He was 86.
