Decision reached in Adkins dog-bite case

A Whitehouse man whose recent murder trial in Wood County ended with a hung jury was found liable Wednesday for allowing his dog to bite a man in 2009, although the Lucas County jury also found the victim and the dog owner's landlord at fault.
