Davis-Besse plant returns online

OAK HARBOR, Ohio — FirstEnergy Corp.'s Davis-Besse nuclear plant is back online after an unplanned outage of nearly 12 days that occurred in response to rainwater entering the plant’s turbine building during a heavy storm on Sept. 10.
