David Cuatlacuatl

David Cuatlacuatl, a local artist who was a creative advocate for both the artistic community of the Old South End in Toledo and his hometown of Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, died Thursday from injuries he suffered in a car crash. He was 27. Mr. Cuatlacuatl's car was struck head-on by a wrong-way driver who was driving west in the eastbound lanes, the Ohio Highway Patrol.
