Dance instructor had passion, patience

Edward W. “Bill” Miller, a ballroom dancer who taught generations to glide across the floor in waltz time — and to foxtrot and cha cha — died July 2 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, South Detroit Avenue. He was 84.
