Cullen Park work backs ecology

Toledo Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson kicked off the rededication of Cullen Park on a cold and blustery morning Thursday by saying the once-dilapidated boat ramp and recreational area off Summit Street “is on par with the county Metropark system today.”
