Crews report, fail to find discolored water by barge

KELLEYS ISLAND — The crew of a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter observed a new area of discolored water in Lake Erie believed to be associated with the sunken tanker barge Argo on Tuesday, but by the time a surface vessel reached the reported location, nothing was found.
