Crashes cause serious injuries, lane closure on Ohio Turnpike

FREMONT — Three separate, serious crashes shut down the Ohio Turnpike’s westbound lanes for nearly five hours on Memorial Day near Fremont, with the third also disrupting eastbound traffic, the Ohio Highway Patrol reported.
