Court OKs 2nd execution attempt

COLUMBUS — The state of Ohio can try again to execute inmate Romell Broom after a botched attempt nearly seven years ago led to the unprecedented decision of a governor to call it off in mid-stream, a sharply divided state Supreme Court said Wednesday.
