Council told to act or grants lost

The Hicks-Hudson administration’s last-minute attempt to get money from the Ohio Public Works Commission for infrastructure improvements, mostly to streets, has caused a kerfuffle among some Toledo City councilmen irritated that the planned projects would not be in their districts.
