Cooper Tire announces new CEO

FINDLAY -- As Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. today announced its 2015 earnings, it revealed that Chief Executive Roy Armes will retire Aug. 31 and be replaced by Bradley Hughes, currently the tiremaker’s chief operating officer.
