Convicted Toledo murderer Nathaniel Cook to appear before judge

Nathaniel Cook, who confessed to three murders but went to prison for his role in just one, is to make his first appearance in a Lucas County courtroom since 2000 Thursday afternoon. Common Pleas Judge Linda Jennings is expected to order that Cook, 59, be evaluated at the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center to determine his likelihood to commit a sexual offense.
