Controlled bow hunt all set for Ottawa Hills

The Ottawa Hills controlled bow hunt intended to reduce a burgeoning deer herd and reduce its damage to landscaping and the environment could begin early Saturday morning when the official opening of Ohio’s archery season for white-tailed deer takes place. A dozen hunters attended the recent orientation session at Ottawa Hills Elementary School that covered the details of the hunt.
