Construction clogs traffic on I-75, in downtown Toledo

Emergency repairs on the DiSalle Bridge jammed traffic Monday on southbound I-75 through Toledo and — along with longer-term downtown construction projects — likely contributed to a traffic jam that made life especially difficult for commuters trying to leave the Port Lawrence Garage on St. Clair Street near Jefferson Avenue.
