Confetti opens 2016 in Toledo

Party-goers ring in the new year as confetti falls from the ceiling during the New Year's Eve Party Thursday, December 31, 2015, at the Docks in East Toledo. Guests were arriving by 9 p.m. to enjoy dancing, food and entertainment. After the confetti fell the group did a second countdown and released balloons in netting.
