Condoleezza Rice helps Portman raise funds at Inverness

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice helped raise money in Toledo on Thursday for the re-election of Republican U.S. Sen. Rob Portman in his campaign against Democratic former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland.
