Community forum today to address heroin

The Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Lucas County will host a community forum at 6 p.m. today at the Zablocki Senior Center, 3015 Lagrange St. The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department will provide training for the anti-overdose medication naloxone.
