Clyde felony charge dropped

FREMONT — A felony criminal charge filed against a former Clyde, Ohio, police officer was dismissed Thursday at the Sandusky County prosecutor’s request because of problems with evidence. Troy Keegan, 43, was charged with theft in office last year for allegedly using a police department computer to fingerprint himself to apply for another job.
