Clinton plans tax hike on the ‘super wealthy’

CLEVELAND — Hillary Clinton on Wednesday visited a school in the city that hosted her Republican opponent’s convention to pitch her proposal to tax the “super wealthy” to invest in jobs, health care, and education for the other “99.8 percent” of America.
