Clara E. Jackson (1939-2016): Senior-care coordinator said clients like family

Clara E. Jackson, who treated her clients — older adults at public housing developments — like family, died Feb. 24 in the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital. She was 77.
