City of Toledo getting ready for heavy rain

The City of Toledo's Department of Public Utilities has implemented heavy rain event protocols in preparation for 1-2 inches of rain within a 16 hour period, starting as early as 3:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. The city says that there is potential for street and basement flooding.
