City misses deadline for jail reserve fund

STRYKER, Ohio — The city of Toledo is delinquent in making the first quarterly payment of $22,335 for its share of the newly created reserve fund at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, members of the facility’s governing board were told Wednesday.
