City deserves action on lead

A lead-safe ordinance proposal has been dragging on in Toledo City Council for so long that no one is quite sure how long it has been debated, but everyone seems to agree that it has been more than two years. That is ridiculous, and, in one sense, a perfect example of what is wrong with Toledo city government, but Tuesday night the debate is expected to end.
