City asked for $50,000 more for legal work

Toledo City Council was asked Tuesday to appropriate an additional $50,000 to pay former Ohio Supreme Court Justice Andy Douglas for legal work related to the city’s lawsuit over incarceration costs against the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio and Lucas County.
