Ciboro can’t be own attorney, judge says

Timothy Ciboro laughed. He interrupted. He made accusations. The man accused of shackling, abusing and raping his 13-year-old stepdaughter in the basement of his North Toledo home even said it would be the court's fault if he was found guilty.
