Chester R. 'Chet' Szymanski (1925-2017)

Chester R. “Chet” Szymanski, a business owner and 40-year Lucas County employee who designed the flag that flies over county buildings and properties, died Monday in Foundation Park Alzheimer’s Care Center. He was 92.
