Change of Watch for Power Squadron

Colorful nautical decorations set the scene for the Toledo Sail and Power Squadron annual Change of Watch on Jan. 10 at Carranor Hunt and Polo Club. Red, yellow, and blue, the colors of the Toledo squadron burgee, were everywhere, accented with white tulips.
