CCNO plans for Lucas County cuts and exit

STRYKER, Ohio – The board of the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio created a special subcommittee Wednesday to deal with Lucas County's plans to slash the number of inmate spaces it needs and eventually pull out of its agreement to use the regional jail.
