Catherine V. Pennington (1920-2017)

WAUSEON — Catherine V. Pennington, a vendor for more than 60 years at the Toledo Farmers’ Market, where she sold afghans and doilies she crocheted and eggs gathered from the family’s hens, died of kidney failure Saturday at Fulton Manor. She was 96.
