Catherine P. Ruby (1922-2016): Nurse led service to bring care to homes

Catherine P. Ruby, a public health nurse who was director of nursing for Toledo and Lucas County boards of health and led the local visiting nurse service, died Wednesday in ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania. She was 93.
